Visiting from Miami & tried PICCADILLY for the first time it was good & seasoned very well! Server (Ann) was AWESOME!
I thought I was going to get stabbed with a fork. This place is like school cafeteria. You grab a tray and you walk through this... line. It was a long line and wait. We visited yesterday, Thursday. They have a 1.99 special for kids 1 piece entree (we pickedchicken tender) with 2 sides and 1 dessert. The 4 of us ordered our own. We went through a line that seemed like a hundred years(No joke but stayed for lack of options and we were hungry). We were almost to the end to pay when a very rude person thatserves the portion stopped us because they gave the kids portion an adult portion instead. I would have paid 5x for it but thislady was so rude and mean that I thought she was going to stab me with a fork if I dont give back the adult portion of the Mac NCheese. I gave it back. Mind you that these ladies were the one serving you in the first place. An adult is this one big scoopand kids are half the spoon. Like really? It was the most awful experience ever. The food is good though. Just be prepared tobe served by the meanest old ladies ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND JUST BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL and Honestly the placeis so old and dirty. First time at this Memphis mainstay. Food was exceptionally good. Very flavorful, we didn't have to wait in line and the service... was good. Only downside was the fried Catfish was dried out; other than that, can't wait to do it again on our next visit. Read more
