First time ever dining with them and it was such an amazing experience. I wish I remembered our servers name because she was... exceptional (even tried to help me find out the name of a movie I was telling my husband about). The food was beyond amazing,the atmosphere felt so classy, and the service team showed such great attention to detail. You like good food? You like a great ambiance? Well Porch and Parlor is the perfect choice. The wait staff and hostesses are... well oiled machines. The place is top-notch, especially for Memphis. Yeah, I know, Memphis isn't the epicenter of foodie fine fortune, but this... place would hold a spot in NYC or LA. Good offerings all across the menu, and the portions are plated artistically, withflavors that edge towards exploding with surprise. Servers were a bit confused, removing the drink menu before giving diners achance to order a cocktail, and the ambiance was non existent thanks to a table of 4 drunk broads next to us cackling loudlyover their dessert for 45 minutes. Otherwise, a classy choice for an anniversary dinner. Free Valet parking, and great dessertoptions complete the experience. Return worthy. Read more
