I drive over 30 min each way to get the yellowtail. The sushi chef behind the bar takes so much pride in everything he does and... you can taste the difference with the scoring on the fish, the freshness, and the quality of the rice. Read more
Sushi here is okay. I had salmon roll and chicken katsu. Flavor was good and the pricing was okayy. I would give the place 3... star but it’s not fair if I compared the rating with California Sushi place. Staff is really friendly and they will take careof you whatever you need. Read more
Still my favorite restaurant after all these years since I was first introduced to Wasabi by a friend. A small but very peaceful... environment with very kind staff. The food is to die for. I recommend the tuna and mango salad, clear soup, and chicken hibachi.The holiday roll is an absolute must! I swear I have dreams about that roll. Go once and you will be a regular! Read more
Always consistent. In a time of staffing shortages and inconsistent orders that get things wrong from time to time, this place... has never let us down as a neighborhood go-to. We’ve only eaten inside once or twice but done a dozen or so takeouts andhighly recommend their sushi and consistent service. Read more

Was in the Memphis area for the afternoon and felt like trying out a new sushi place for lunch. If you have picky eaters that... either won’t eat sushi or raw fish this is a good option because they have plenty of cooked sushi and hibachi style options.The sushi lunch special is reasonably priced and you get two 6-piece maki rolls, miso soup, and a small side salad. The tworolls of my choice were the spicy crunchy crab and avocado & salmon. Both were flavorful, however, a few of mine fell apartwhile I was dipping them in soy sauce. The edamame, as always, were delicious and I really enjoyed the dressing the use on theirsalad. Everyone else in my party also enjoyed their visit and the server was incredibly nice and prompt with drinks and tableclearing. Overall a great visit and I would happily come again! Read more
