I drove by this place several times before I actually stopped as the parking lot was always full. I had the Smokehouse Burger,... it was good but not quite what I was hoping for. The servers were very prompt and my food was hot. I did find it a touch oddthat you had to request ketchup for your food instead of being readily available on the table. Read more
I went with family to have a good dinner but we had a completely different experience. The fries and mozzarella sticks were... burned literally BLACK and didnt taste good. Steak didn't have flavor. My wife and I had a terrible experience here. Wait staff was inexperienced, drink glasses left empty, food delivery was not... typical of any restaurant. My salad was brought with my steak. My wife's salad was brought as expected before the entree. Weboth ordered steaks prepared medium rare. Both were cooked past well done. When we brought it to their attention they asked ifwe wanted a new one. But being as the first steak took 45 minutes to get to the table we decided against it. Waitress needs more training. My glass stayed empty, she didn't tell me about the special. I had to hear about it from another... Waitress taking someone else's order after I had already ordered. Me and my wife stopped in after ending our talimena drive. We drove by this place and saw it was pretty busy and smelled good.... We sat down just after a table of 9 and before a table of 4 beside us. We ordered the 12oz steak with loaded bake potato and asalad along with a side of ribs. My wife ordered a lemon drop drink as well. The waiter had to come back and said that the cookscleared his order and he needed to take our order again. I asked about the drink and he said he hasn't put that in yet andwondered if they even had it. We told him it's on the sign when you walk in as a special. We finally get the drink and it wasthe worst drink we have ever tasted. It was like they just put lemon juice in the glass and pour a little alcohol in it. Thetable of 9 and the table of 4 got their meal and ate before we got are one meal that we shared. The steak was horrible, no tasteto it at all. I don't even think steak sauce would of helped it. We wouldn't know that because we never saw the waiter again toask for some. The ribs had a good smoke to them on the outside, but that was the only flavor you could taste.
