My family has been coming here for YEARS, and to say I?m disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. My family was there... celebrating my grandfathers 84th birthday. My parents went to order upstairs like usual. We were a total of 11 people with 4being kids. It started when we ordered 6 dinners total (if you been here you know the dinners are more than shareable) thewoman?s who?s name I did not catch. But I do know she is the Chefs Sam?s Wife. Told my father that she was going to charge usfor an additional 5 dinners because we were 11 people total. She then flat out told my father that he was not intelligent andcontinued to raise her voice and cause a scene in the whole restaurant. When my dad asked her to lower her voice she respond?you haven?t seen nothing yet!? Literally baffling. Her behavior was absolutely disgusting and that?s not the last of it. Shethen made fun of his appearance telling him that ?him and his and mullet can get out of here? her behavior was so repulsive andbeyond unprofessional. If it wasn?t for my grandfathers birthday celebration, I gladly would have walked out there. I?ve heardfrom multiple people since she started working there, there has been nothing but problems. "Ye Old" would be the perfect description. You find your way in to the right door eventually. Give them your dinner order and... have a drink at the bar downstairs until they send for you. Staff are friendly and polite, food was excellent. Atmosphere not somuch. Read more
