Great service. still one of the main restaurants in Mendham that offers a consistent menu, with decent prices and you wont leave... with your pockets crying. Kids, Families, great place to watch sports. Read more
Drinks and atmosphere you can’t beat. Burgers acceptable pub fair. But do NOT order the Tuna Nicoise Toast. It says it’s... seared rare tuna with the salad components on toasted baguette. The baguette wasn’t toasted, and the Tuna was the worst part.Not only was it not rare, it was as white and dry as canned tuna. Very disappointing and that dish was certainly NOT worth $26. Read more

The food was outstanding. The service was friendly and pleasingly competent. The atmosphere was inviting. If the Pub at the... Black Horse Tavern was closer to where we lived we would be there a lot. But don't just take my word for it, five historicalreenactors from Sparta came in to eat there shortly after we arrived. They drove call the way from Sparta to eat there becausethe food was so good.
