Mendon DD has cratered. Terrible service in recent months. Got lectured about reaching over on-the-go rack to get my... order...am I supposed to add to your ridiculous wait times by letting my food and coffee get cold sitting on the counter? Iexplained why I have needed to reach over expecting a basic acknowledgement to a simple recurring issue...no awareness, lecturerepeated, problem unsolved. I was really disappointed this past sunday, the line was long and staff slow. I ordered a sausage, egg, No cheese and got a... bagel and cheese only. My coffee ordered with oak milk was made with cream. I have a dairy allergy and could not have any ofmy order....we are stopping all trips to dunks and will support the muffin house instead. They are trying to get back to speed but have gone down hill lately. Long wait times, incorrect orders, and staff that ignores... you when you try to ask questions or get help at the counter.
