So I order my pizza online as I always do , this is one of my favorite places for my babies to eat pizza. The manager did not... read the order correctly and did not square cut as I asked. Now usually I?m pretty low vibe when it comes to mistakes but hiscomment? I?m not a pizza on tree, you going to have to wait for for me to remake your pizza. Do not use this store poor service. Have ordered pizza and wings from here before liked it. My directions clearly state leave... on stairs we will be watching. I actually stood outside the 7 to 17 minutes they stated they would take. I have ordered delivery from this location 3 times. The first time my pizza was delivered fast and hot, the second time it took... well over an hour for my food to be delivered and it wasn't very hot either, but they made up for it by sending me a coupon fora free large 2 topping pizza because my last delivery didn't meet their timely standards which was very nice of them consideringI didn't even complain about it. Anyways today I used that coupon and had it delivered very fast and it was the best tastingpizza I have ever had from Papa John's! I would recommend this location! Read more
I One star today only because I love the pizza but the service and experience today was horrible were here working a new house... and ordered pizza and the delivery guy was so horrible came to the residence and ask to verify for a pizza lol smh I asked whowas it suspose to be delivered to which was me and the address which was why he was at my door smh and I told him my number andthe name he kept asking questions then studied the box and said I have another pizza in the car he took my pizza I ordered andwent to his car n came back 15 mins later like I was suppose to eat that I said your being a inconvenience you eat it and have anice day still allowing him to keep.the money I paid for the pizza with smh now we're about to find another pizza locations withbetter customer service and a better taste!
