Everything we had was delicious! Cocktails were great and we ordered quite a few apps (we got 1 per person since we split... entrees but about 1 per 2 people would be about right as they are on the smaller side). We then got 3 orders of dumplings toshare between 6 people. The service, food, and ambiance were all outstanding. We will be back to try the rest of the menu! Read more
The Vodka Flight was so unique and fun! I got the Noveau flight and my friend got the Moscow flight. I would recommend the... Noveau over the Moscow for overall enjoyability, although the Moscow had classics like the horseradish. Our favorite vodkas werecaramel, cilantro, ginger, tiramisu, and cinnamon. For food, the Moscow fries are a must order! We enjoyed everything we triedthough, including Siberian dumplings, Borscht, and Babushka stew. My only disappointment was that they didn't have any lactosefree options for dessert, as I would have loved to keep ordering their delicious food for another course. Read more
Great bar and drinks. The food was very good as well. I had a vodka flight, pickled vegetables, beef tongue, and Pushkin cake.... The pickles vegetables were good, tart, and had a decent variety. The beef tongue was tender and the mashed potatoes had amazingflavor. The Pushkin cake had a subtle honey flavor with e the chocolate. The service was great and I'm definitely going back. Read more
On a cold, snowy night... Moscow on the Hill really hits the spot with that hearty, comfort food vibe. We've been here a couple... of times before for their peasant dumplings, but we decided to try other things tonight and as usual, we're not disappointed.The service is always good. Truth be told, I always thought it was a really upscale restaurant (not exactly sure what lead me to that conclusion) and a... place for really special occasions. ????Not the case! Super accessible, and standard pricing for any sit-down joint (I wouldeven say that the drinks are a steal!) Everything we had was very good, though I thought that the pirozhok was a little drywithout the sauce, but the cabbage rolls totally made up for it. I would have told you I didn’t LIKE cabbage rolls, but thesewere fantastic! Warm and comforting and so delightful to eat. It’s a bit weird to eat this rich, warming, stick-to-your ribscomfort food while sitting on a beautiful patio on a hot summer evening ????, but we got over it with the help of the killercocktails ????.
