Was our first time here and we where greeted by Nestor ( he took our order and was so friendly and helpful) he had a smile the... entire time. Amber took our money and she also verified my order and was helpful . Erik was cleaning the driveway ( and he alsowas happy ???? working away ) Kevin and Monique where in the drive through window and they also where so kind and pleasant !!!!This has to be one of the best experiences with In & Out ???????? All my life I've heard so many people tell me how wonderful the In and Out burger is. They all lied. This place was packed,... causing me to wait almost 30 minutes for one of the worst burgers of my life. The burger is a "poor-mans" version of the Steak& Shake burger. I got a California In and Out tshirt for $14.95. In-n-Out I'd great if you're doing Keto or have a gluten or yeast allergy. You... can order a burger protein style and they will skip the bun and lettuce wrap it. There isn't a place anywhere else that compareswhen it comes to lettuce wrapping a burger. They do a fantastic job. They also always have the friendliest staff. There wassomeone cleaning the bathroom while we were there as well. Last night around 11 pm I had such an amazing experience with the drive thru cashier girl ( I wish I got her name, I will try to... find out???? ) and the manager Christian. This would actually be a good fast food place if it wasn't for one thing. So I get french fries every time I come here, I also... get a cheeseburger with that. And everytime, they put stuff in the cheeseburger that I don't like; spread, pickles, etc. And weask them for just a plain cheeseburger but they always put something I don't like in the cheeseburger.
