Excellent experience manager took care of it all. Food was excellent!
Service was excellent. Establishment was very clean. Got pizza "well done" because I like my dough to have some crisp, however,... I regretted that because it got a little tough. Next time I won't get that way. Other than that it tasted great! Read more
Used to be a good place to go to. Always well staffed, good service. But lately, this place has gone downhill fast. Went... there about a month ago and there was only one young man taking care of the place, taking orders, charging customers, making thepies and manning the ovens. Amazing that he was actually making it work, even though there was another person out back, doingwho know what, but helping his crew mate was obviously not important. I thought maybe we went on an off-day, even though it wasaround 4 pm. Well this time, I thought about ordering online, it was around 8:20 or so in the evening. I placed my order andthe email I received said the order would be ready at 8:53, I showed up at 8:55 and went to the counter. There was once again ayoung man manning the joint, luckily this time he had help, from a rookie employee he was showing the ropes to. 10 minutespassed by before I was even acknowledged, I could see that he was busy taking/making orders and teaching someone. I didn?t wantto be rude so I took my pies and left, about 13 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. We get home we noticed that thepies are now smaller than they used to be. They used to fit in the box end to end, but now there is 1? less on each side, sothe pies are now 2? smaller for the same price, a trend the retail industry is now doing so as not to raise prices and stillsave on costs. I also ordered one pie with the cauliflower crust, at the novel cost of $3 more, which I never got, it was madewith standard thin crust. I can now say, never again at this location, most likely never again as ?go to place?. I can?t standwhen a place gives you less for the same price, hoping people don?t notice. Came in today I asked for a half barbecue half buffalo pizza. A girl under the name kaliah helped us out. I asked if it was... possible to add pineapple to the pizza. She threw down the cilantro looked up at me and rolled her eyes. I then asked ? um I?msorry but why did you roll your eyes at me there was seriously no need for that? she then said ?no I didn?t roll my eyes? I toldher I wasn?t going to argue with her I just wanted pineapple to add. I didn?t think it was that hard to add a extra topping.Super disrespectful little girl. Not a good experience.
