Even with the stock being on and off their baristas still are patient and reassuring. My barista, Nyah isn't the manager, but... she's been acting the most responsible and stepping up when some are lacking. (And anyone commenting on the sweet cream, I knowit takes about 20 mins to make; If you really want to wait that go ahead.) Read more
