Pretty reasonable dim sum, which had always been a more lacking food genre in the region for some reason .
Yum Cha Palace is a great place for dim sum for lunch and a great place for dinner before your concert at The Guild Theater.... There is a fancy bar with lots of seats and a large dining area with plenty of tables. Service is always courteous, kind andfast. Dim sum is delicious and don?t forget to try the egg tarts. The crust is super flaky and buttery. The hai gow shrimp ballshas whole shrimps in it not shrimp with a lot of filler. Chinese chicken salad is always a hit! Everything there is fresh andfantastic. Conveniently located in downtown Menlo Park, just off Santa Cruz Avenue. Main entrance faces El Camino but parking is out back... and there's an entrance from there too. Been many times for both dimsum and dinner. I recommend the Hong Kong style crispynoodles?????, and the "Donut Rice Crepe Roll" (???. The veggies are good too. No wait on a Sunday. Good size parking lot in the back with another larger one across from their parking lot. The food came out... quickly. Everything was good.
