Their dining room has been closed since the covid pandemic began and they are incredibly short staffed. You'll have to go... through the drive-thru then park in the parking lot for 10 or 15 minutes before your food is brought out to you. KFC is reallygoing downhill on the food so the fact that the service is so undesirable really is disheartening. Read more
