I called a week ago to place an atleast $200 order with them for first thing Black Friday. I called again on Monday of this week... just to confirm the details again, they confirmed the pick up for 4:30am on Friday, November 25th. I arrived at 4:10am and thestore was pitch black with not a soul inside. I called twice, with no answer. They didn't have anyone there. Severelydisappointed. Couldn't believe it. Read more
This place is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. 9 times out of 10 they will not have an ingredient to make my favorite drink and I... drive away very disappointed. When they do get it right, there are only 1 or 2 associates that know how to make it perfect. Whenyou wait in line some times up to 15 minutes to be told they don't have it is just frustrating. Just go to Starbucks down the street. The younger girl employee working the window has no manners or respect. I was at the... window and told them I had a mobile order and they said to pull ahead. My mobile order said it went through on my end but shetried arguing with me at the window after waiting 15 minutes telling me my order was a grub hub order and that I had to comeinside, when it definitely wasn?t. She ended up having the wrong name and told me they didn?t have my order and to go to theback of the line to re order. I asked for a manager and she said she didn?t have any, I then asked for her name and she said Ididn?t need it as she laughed and told me to to go to the back of the line because ?she has customers waiting?. I have multiple issues with this place but also complements. For starters the icecream here taste amazing. My first issue is... they seem to only ever have 1 staff working there and it keeps the service really slow. My second issue is the portions, I paid$4 for a scoop of icecream which is really expensive so I expect atleast a good portion but it would be accurate to say it mightnot even have been half a scoop. This is a constant aswell, I have never gotten my money's worth in terms of portions. Read more
