Brisket was so tender I could cut it with a plastic fork. Portion size was enough for me to have yummy leftovers the next day... too! I look forward to trying other menu items the next time. It was great! Read more
The meat is okay. Taste like its baked, not a true authentic smoke flavor in my opinion. The brisket was bland. The shoulder was... pretty good. The rib tips would have been good if they were not so greasy. Otherwise, I prefer an authentic wood smoked flavorfrom a stick burner, not a giant oven that produces little smoke flavor with a few wood pieces. Read more
