wait staff was pleasant tho the regular clientele were a little pushy.. lol friendly yet bold ???? atmosphere was quiet ...... had the county fried steak, which was better than I normally have elsewhere, with potatoes & gravy. would I make a special stopfor the food? probably not but.. This restaurant does a no-frills take on the classic breakfast standards. But they do it well. Everything ordered by each of our... party was excellent, including the meat skillet and the stuffed French toast. While a little dated (and the smell of bleach wasprevalent as they were cleaning the dining room while we were there), the restaurant was clean and service was great. Read more

Disappointing. We have eaten there dozens of times for the past 15 years (we live out of state). Typically we are meeting... family or friends. Always has been great food and friendly staff. The food was good, but not to their previous standards. Thehostesses argued as to where to seat us; our waitress never smiled and was not friendly. I tipped very well as we sat theirtalking for a good 30 minutes after eating; lots of empty tables. Read more
