Was looking forward to eating dinner all day. I went to pick up dinner and the old lady working there was so rude that I no... longer had an appetite! This was Friday night. The first thing she said was ?what?s the name!? With such an attitude. Then thebottom of my pizza box was so soggy I thought the pizza was going to fall through. I will never be back at bada boom. With theway the economy is right now one would think employees would be happy to have customers order their food and give them business.Not anymore! Read more
When they first opened, they were the best pizza on the Eastside! Unfortunately, it is not the same. The sauce that used to be... the best part has changed. It used to have a sweet garlicy taste, now it tastes like something out of can. The Crust used to benice and thick (how we like it) and now at least on the 1/2 sheets it's thin and very plain. One star for the pizza tasting good. This was my husband's and I first time ordering and I'm very disappointed. To start the... lady at the front counter wasn't very friendly when I came in to get my pizza. Secondly my pizza was so small for the price of$25. It appeared to be a small or medium and yet I ordered a large. I go home and get the pizza out of the car and feltsomething wet all over my hand. I looked to see what it was and noticed that the one side of the box had grease all over itwhich covered my hand. Thankfully, I put the pizza in a bag and not directly on my car seat or else it would have been stainedin grease. Thirdly, I get inside and open the box to find that our pizza is missing a topping that I paid almost $2 for. So Icalled to inform them. The lady, who I'm assuming is the same one who gave me the pizza answered the phone. I explained to herthe situation and she never apologized once for the inconvenience. I understand it's only $2 for an additional topping but Ipaid $25 for what appears to look like a small or medium. I won't be coming back! Read more
OMG...I found this place while going to long johns silver and I could not have been more happy that I did so. I absolutely love... this place. Food is always fresh and their salads are amazing with very large portions. My wife and I travel kind of far to goto another pizza place ( I won't name out of respect for Baba Boom,) but let's just say that they have definitely met theirmatch. 5 stars all day everyday! What the heck did you do to your pizza. Used to be really good. Got a half sheet pizza last week and it was covered in parmesan... cheese. So much that it stuck to the roof of my mouth. My wife threw half of hers in the trash. Oh well someone ruined a goodthing. Read more
