Came in today for a quick breakfast. This location was pretty busy but I?d like to highlight the manager. I?m sad I didn?t catch... his name. But African American male with glasses. He understands management. He kept his team encouraged to get through the rushand he even accommodated customers for the wait. This happened today (11/19 around 8:50am) give that man a raise. Well done!! Read more

Open your dining room already. It's time to start providing the full experience to your customers. Blaming COVID at this point... is like blaming the King George and the tea tax... move on please. PS - I do love the bagels and your associates are friendlyand helpful. With respect to your response... You often have dozens of customers waiting in line with no social distancing ormasks. By having your tables closed you force everyone stand closer together for up to 15 mins at time which is not good from "akeep people safe perspective." I realize that this is likely what your location being asked to do. However, your response is notlogical or even honest when you actually see what the customer experience is like. This is not safer...but it does appear thatcustomer experience is a lesser priority. So only 2 stars which is not fair to your excellent team because your business ismeasured by the reality of the customer experience and not by your disjointed intentions. Read more

Signs all over saying that the dining room is closed. Why? No one knows except that it has to be pure laziness or cost cutting... at this point. It certainly isn't COVID because they still allow people to come in and order, and even sit at the tables whilethey're waiting for their food. Read more

The GPS said it was a place called Coffee and Bagels but the building was an Einstein Bros Bagels. There was a bit of a line but... I expect that of a breakfast spot at 7:30am. What I didn?t expect was how rude a particular staff member was to the customers. The first incident I noticed was a customer was not prepared with her order and was holding up the line as she decided what toget. The staff member made repeated comments that she was slowing things down and inconveniencing the rest of us. I personallydidn?t feel inconvenienced, I was the last of three people waiting. When the next individual ordered she started yelling to himabout how he needs to approach the register. I think he was confused because there were two registers- behind one was the womandemanding he ?step up and order? and behind the other was the woman who was previously taking orders. The woman later waschatting with a regular, mask off, while the rest of the staff busily filled orders. I also noticed there were business cards tocall with feedback but the woman didn?t have a name tag (despite other staff wearing name tags). I hate to rate this locationpoorly based on one staff member but I was really disenchanted by how she spoke to customers. The bagel was good and they had adecent selection. Their menu was pretty innovative including a bagel sandwich with brisket. I would also recommend using theirorder ahead app to cut down on wait. I will give it some time and try this location again!
