Awesome place! The fish fry is very good and the cheese cake is so yummy. Enjoy
Yeah. I mean? it?s a bar. With zero specials even though the menu says ?ask for daily specials?. No drink deals. 28$ for 4 weak... drinks. Also, fun fact, not everyone is short staffed. A lot of the bars I go to have plenty of staff. But I guess it?s easierto be a victim than to make a functioning business plan during challenging times. I?ll help, don?t open at 3 and stay open allnight if you don?t have competent staff - that aren?t coughing everywhere. The only reason we went was because they open atthree and have nice outdoor area. But that?s sort of overshadowed by drink prices and strength. Don?t need to go back, andlikely never will. I do hope the owner can come to terms with the fact he?s running a business, not a charity. No one cares ifhe?s short handed, any more than he cares that we don?t like zero drink specials on an early weekday afternoon - in Wisconsin.This may well be the only bar/restaurant I?ve ever been to that doesn?t have at least some kind of drink special mid week. If I could I'd give them Six Stars! We went there for Friday night fish fry. All I can say is one of the best I've had. Choice... of two piece or three piece cod. $11.95 or $13.95. the pieces of cod are a lot larger in size. They're very wide and supertasty.your choice of fries, taters tots, or potato pancakes two in an order. They also have a combo plater for $18.00. Twopieces of cod, two good size perch, and two shrimp. I'm guessing you'll be taking left overs home. They also $5.00 burger nighton Mondays. We'll have to check it out. They have a nice location and well kept building. They had Stella along with several other quality beers on tap. The menu was... diverse with many interesting options. We had the Sinful Beef wrap, nachos, Caprese salad and wings. The sandwich was great aswere the wings. The nachos could've used a cheese sauce. The salad dressing was pretty heavy on the vinegar but perhaps that'sjust personal taste. Overall, it's a nice place for a bite or brew. I'm glad we stopped. Read more
