This was tied for worst dining experience at a whataburger ever. The food tasted as expected, the only reason food gets 3... points. Besides this, the restaurant had run out of basic items such as ketchup and napkins and there was never any of thismentioned to the customers as they came in. The atmosphere that we received was one that made you feel unwelcome as you came into the restaurant. The floors were dirty, we noticed that there was no team playing, every employee appeared like they did notwant to be at work and we're ignoring customers, and restrooms were dirty. Two examples were one it took almost 15 minutes toplace an order coming in and no one ever cared to help the person at the cash register. She asked a manager for assistance on adiscount and was ignored blatantly by him. The second comes after almost 30 minutes of waiting for our food(rounding up a bit),first they bring out an order made before us and then an order that was made at least 10 minutes before theirs and then ours.When we got our order we were advised that they ran out of ketchup and that they had no napkins, this is where I got upset. Themale employee literally lied to us because a few minutes before a female employee hand brought out a roll of paper towel thatshe had presented to another family. When I made a comment of are you sure you are out even the paper towel roll he said "yes weare out and there isn't any". A couple of minutes passed when the same female employee was handing out pieces of the roll. Wewent to get some. This was a horrible experience and will definitely avoid this spot in the future. Almost forgot to mention, weasked for grilled jalapenos slices on a burger, was charged, and received like 3 or 4 very small pieces. Horrible customerservice and experience. The food has gone downhill with the quality and taste. The burger is smaller than the buns so I removed the top bun and folded... it like a taco in order to get something besides bread .
