I'm hard to please when it comes to pizza. Pronto does not disappoint. This is the pizza one dreams about when the craving for a... good pie kicks in. I am a Corrections Officer. Recently after receiving new patches, I went to this Pizzaria to grab 2 slices as I was famished.... Needless to say, I left the store without my change and patch. I went back about 2 days later as my family wanted Pizza andsince I received such great Customer Service from the owner, as well as great reviews from a customer enjoying a slice, Ifigured, why return here? The owner immediately asked me to hold on and return both my patch and my change. If that doesn'tspeaks volumes about this Business honesty and integrity, I don't know what else does. The experiences i have had with this establishment is not okay. Whoever answers the phone & takes orders are very rude. This is... my second & last time ordering from them. They give false delivery times with me being in very very close proximity to thestore.. Yet when i call to get an update, they are rude & even just earlier the owner hung up on me before saying they alreadyleft. I live too close for my pizza and fries to be cold and hard. they told me 30-35 mins and it came in a hour. My firstexperience was worst, they took 1 hour and 20 minutes after saying it would only be 45. I wish i could have a better reviewhowever they really need to work on professionalism, especially from paying (tipping) customers!!!! Read more
