We visited La Birria for the first time today. We ordered 2 sets of nachos and the tacos. Honestly, the meat wasn?t anything... to write home about. It was ok? So. My daughter and I get nachos. Mine with sour cream and hers without. We sit down to eat.Both of us have cold nachos. So I went up and asked if they were supposed to be cold. I told the girl, ?I promise I am nottrying to be a jerk. I?ve never had your food before so maybe the meat, beans and cheese are supposed to be cold.? She said no.So I came back and grabbed my nachos and asked for a new order. My daughter didn?t want to wait for new nachos. The girl, who Ibelieve is the owner, hands me the nachos and says, ?The sour cream is supposed to be cold?. Um. Wow. I told her, ?I know sourcream is cold.
