I went to this Popeyes location and I bought a 12 pcs family meal. It comes with 6 biscuits. The biscuits that nobody can eat... cause they mad burn. What tf is this service. Read more
I ordered through the app and gave the employees at least 15-20 minutes to complete my order due to it being dinner time. I did... not receive multiple items from my order, no sauces, no straws, no utensils (basic things). Customers should not have to hold upa line to double check and see if basic items listed on the receipt are in their bag, the employees should be fulfilling theorder that is placed. Tried the new location in Meriden today, the location was just opened so everything was bright and shiny. Drive up was ok,... there was a language and understanding issue, but after several attempts to place the order we made it. The food was fresh andhot but dripping with oil. The fries and drink were good. I recommend this location, but they really need to get the fry oilunder control. Read more
Very disappointing. I wound up walking out before making a purchase. It wasn't even busy yet no one behind the counter could be... bothered waiting on me. Parking lot is a mine field. They still haven't finished paving the parking lot months after theiropening and you can easily hit manholes sticking up. Ironically i went to Subway next and the people behind the counter wereeager to wait on me. Needless to say I will never return. Read more

Today this location was particularly bad. The man at the drive through window was rude, rushing my order and over charging for... items I did not ask for. I should've checked my receipt. He was very rude from the moment I arrived at the speaker and keptrushing me through my order (3 meals), which he said were a lot, and kept making rude remarks and sighing. When I startedordering my food faster he told me to show down because I'm too fast. Man which one is it? When I arrived at the window to payhe was visibly irritated and kept rushing. Why, I don't know because the food was not ready and I was asked to pull over to theside. The whole experience was terrible, I did not get two of my combo sides and they charged me for a pie I did not order. Thefood here is actually pretty good when you get it all, but this location just has too many issues. I kept giving them chancesbecause I love the chicken but I'm giving up.
