I was missing my sausage on my omelette ...(baby size omelette)Hubby missing his entire sausages, and the eggs didn't smell... right that he didn't eat at all.. No refills offered, but still had to pay full price, had to ask the assistant manager forsilver ware and syrup for pancakes , Young women working maybe 16yrs old, acting like they was still sleeping need more moretraining on customer service etc... My 3rd visit and each wait time 45 minutes on sitting, then another 45 minutes on the foodthat's not correct. Terrible.... Restaurant was clean and quiet (not very busy). Our server was kind and helpful. These were the good parts. Negatives were that... this was highly over priced for the value. Biggest downside was that none of our orders came out correctly. The food we did getwas decent but would have been nice to try the items that we had asked for. The food is amazing. But nothing in the bathroom works I was surprised the toilets even flushed. You can't have a restaurant... with no sinks working no one can wash their hands. It was the first time I ever went into a restaurant that's dine in and nobodyis there. Terrible! 5:30 on Friday afternoon and we were the only people in the restaurant. Nobody at the front counter. Rude guy comes... out like he can?t believe anyone wants to eat there. He?s very rude to the key in front of us wanting a to go order. . Finallyget a seat. Server comes out. Mumbles. Rude. Finally brings waters. Has to go on a hunt to find her book to take orders. Meanwhile this place stinks. The floor is nasty. The bathroom is disgusting. By the time you?ve lost your appetite you getyour food. Your eggs are cold. I guess my sandwich was served on rock bread.
