We order a thin supreme did a call in. Got there the order was not right the cashier got upset that we wanted it made... right. There was no sauce on the pizza. Read more
don't arrive early if you ordered on line! I was told that their system is programmed so that an order can't be processed sooner... without the customer canceling and reordering. This while employees are sitting and talking and not a single customer in thestore. Read more
Check your orders. Forgets to give you some of your stuff. Whether your picking up or having it delivered. Also my 2 things... of Italian cheese bread don't even look or taste right, had to throw it all away. Update: My husband went back after I told himwe were boycotting this place for all their mistakes fixing our food and as well as shorting us on food with no apologies. Hebought the Italian cheese bread and once again, no one ate it.. Looked the same as last time and was nasty... The inside wasgummy just like the last time. The pizzas he got were wet on the bottom. My wife called in at 820 for a thin crust pepperoni and and an extra best pepperoni. I went in at 845 and was told waiting on... the extra best. Numerous customers walked out as no hot and ready made. Three people that took order after me got their pizza. I ask for a refund and no apologies as they were too busy counting registers and people walking around. I called back and askfor manager. He said I am the one that gave you the refund. I ask for someone over him and he said I'll take a name andnumber. No apologies not one time. Me and my family will NEVER be back. I have never been treated like this in my life. Hisname was EQ.
