Placed a doordash pick up order tonight. I paid for a quesarito but that's not what I received, it didn't have ANY Chipotle... sauce (I paid for extra) and it wasn't layered or grilled like it's supposed to be. They gave me the cheaper burrito on thevalue menu and that's not that I paid for! They must have been mad that we made them do their job?? I guess since when we pulledup, they were all outside smoking. And then they said they were out of beef and we said we'll wait the 30 minutes since it'shell to get a mobile order canceled. Read more

I?ve had better luck here during normal daytime hours but tonight was disappointing to say the least. Not sure where to... recommend eating in Meridian after 9PM but don?t let it be here unless utterly desperate. Drive-thru ordering, reasonable wait,but food was gross. Cheesy Bean Rice Burrito tasted off is all I can say. Spicy Potato Soft Taco tasted OK assuming becauseeasiest to make. Fiesta Veggie Burrito had burnt black beans or something. Where do I even start?? No ice in the ice machine, ALL drinks were flat, my beans were hard & nasty. Four workers, nobody had... gloves on. A dead roach just sitting on the ground. No toilet paper in the bathroom, the place was just filthy. Workers wereterrible, so slow, did not care about anything. It was terrible & I will not be going back anytime soon. Read more

My daughter works in the emergency room at a local hospital. She placed an order for herself and coworkers. Not all of the food... was delivered. We understand mistakes happen but the lack of caring after the mistakeI is the reason for this review. Aftermultiple phone calls with no answer she was told they saw the order and would check on it and hung up. Multiple phone calls backand they said it was a different Taco Bell (even though they confirmed the order on the first call) and she heard laughter asthey hung up the phone. Another round of phone calls and no one would answer. Not only are the employees not capable of gettinga simple order correct they think the lack of their own ability to do a simple job is funny. I understand finding qualityemployees is difficult but laughing at your mistakes instead of learning from them is a hopeless situation to be in. I don?tknow who the manager is, or the owner, but both should be ashamed of the level of quality they put into their work. If thiscustomer service is as bad to a customers face imagine what the conditions are in the kitchen where the same non caringemployees are preparing your food. Read more
