I LOVE Russel Stover chocolates. They have a wonderful store full of tasty treasures for both the eyes and the tastebuds. I... found all of my favorites, even out of season ones (coconut nests!!). I loved the bloopers boxes, candy that didn't quite lookthe way they wanted it to, so it gets dumped into white boxes and sold at a discount. You never know what will be in abloopers box. Read more

I didnt catch the store manager name. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. This was my first-time visiting the... store (Shawnee). I was pleasantly surprised at the large variety of inventory! I was literally a big kid in a candy shop! Ihighly recommend shopping there. Plus the prices are very reasonable. I will be back! Went today and while I understand short staffing I was still disappointed. Did the drive thru. There was a ten minute wait and... no way to exit due to the layout. The menus listed discontinued flavors so that was really sad. Get all excited for somethingthat's on the menu just for them to tell it's discontinued at the window. Expensive and horrible customer service. Went there on Saturday, 06/04. Snarky, rude, and eye rolls when asking the location of... some chocolates. Three girls doing absolutely nothing. Fire them and hire people without an attitude and cut your price in halffor the 4.00 truffles and I might come back. Read more
