I came up to window and I took maybe 20 seconds to row my window down because I was thinking of what I wanted. Yes I should of... had window down as soon as I pulled up but when I row it down I waited about 4 minutes for someone to say something, finally Isaid hello. A calm hello not rude , she responds by saying ? I asked you what you wanted 3 times already? I said sorry I had mywindow up she then said? that?s not my problem? I was so shocked that I just left . She seemed like she hated her job and life.I guess if I was only making 10 a hour I?d be mad too but she should be fired. I seen her and she wasn?t very attractive leastto say maybe that?s why she was so rude. Read more

I ended up only getting 2 things. Their smart menu got rid of 90% of their items as soon as it showed the first item. Weird... thing is that was only 25% of the actual screen and itself 90% white space vs guiding you through ordering, and the employeescouldn't change it unless they canceled the order. Nit a big deal with only 2 items, but still. Read more

Let me start by saying that I have loved Taco Bell since I was a young whipper-snapper. I loved it so much that I worked there... for a couple years in high school. I ate it every day and to this day, I'm still not sick of it. That being said, I was going toa different Taco Bell (one nearer my house) for a while and was about to give up on it. That other Taco Bell almost ruined itfor me forever. Taco Bell--the greatest restaurant on the planet ruined by consistent bad experiences... I had to branch out. Ihad to try something. Taco Bell had never given up on me, so I couldn't give up on Taco Bell. In college when I only had $1.26in change that I could dig up from the floorboard of my broken down 20-year-old Honda Civic with no exhaust--who was there tofill me up in exchange for that dirty, grimy, nasty handful of nickels and pennies? It was Taco Bell. SO, I branched out anddrove a little bit further to the Ikea Way Taco Bell. Even after all the pain and sorrow that I went through with the lesserTaco Bell, when I went to the Ikea Way spot, it was like meeting up with an old friend that you've not seen for many years andfinding that you haven't missed a beat. The Ikea Way Taco Bell is everything. I order on the app, and leave my house. It's a 6minute drive, and by the time I've gotten there, every time I've ordered, it's always been ready and nicely bagged and markedwith the custom order stuff. I've always gone on the weekends for breakfast, and the people who work there on those days areabsolutely the sweetest fast-food employees on the planet. They are always happy and smiling and seemingly glad to be there. Iget that it must be hard to run this sort of business as a manager of a fast-food establishment. I'm sure it's hard to get ingood people when most of your potential employee base are people in their first jobs and youngsters and such, so I always givethem grace, but I just don't understand how my previous Taco Bell could be so bad and the Ikea Wa Read more

I really can't complain. The staff is friendly, the line goes fast, and they always get my order right. The food is put together... well, not sloppily like other locations. I drive just a bit farther just to go to this location. Keep up the good work. Read more
