Perfect Ramen. The Hibachi is very good as well. The tea's and bubble drinks are excellent. Best of all, the family who runs the... restaurant is friendly and fun. This is the best ramen and noodle restaurant in Nassau county thus far. the noodle, broth and beef were delicious, the noodle... chile chicken dish was very good. The food tasted fresh, not salty, and the service was quick. The waitresses were pleasant. our overall experience was very good. I would definitely go back to this restaurant. The food tasted amazing . I ordered the hibachi chicken and salmon with fried rice in person and had it delivered once . Both... times the portions of the food were so small that I was still hungry . It was like a sample in my opinion. Usually restaurants give u more rice than protein but they are as stingy with both.. I am not sure if I would go back but the food was verydelicious. Read more
