If you think all pizza dough is the same...you haven't had pizza at Tomato & Basil. I am a dough guy when it comes to pizza -... not to say that sauce and toppings aren't very important also but - for me it starts with the dough. I prefer a deep dish [NYstyle] crispy on the bottom, doughy and has weight to it - that's what you get here. Toppings are very flavor-full on all pie's- my favorites are chicken marsala and mushroom slices - with a close second being the eggplant regular slice. I have been allover the place tasting pizza and I keep coming back to Tomato & Basil. Staff is friendly too. Highly recommend! Read more
I normally never leave reviews for businesses. This time I have to. I am sorry to say that this is by far the worst food I have... ever had. The pizza pie was beyond being edible. Seemed like it was a pie that had been made days before and the toppings werejust thrown on, the bottem was literally black. Mozzarella sticks frozen garbage. Minestrone soup was like mud. Sicilian slicesthat I ordered were absolutely disgusting. Such a shame. I saw the good reviews and figured I'd try this place. Total mistake.
