Was just in Casey's and went to grab a slice of pizza and let the staff know that there was a dead fly. The lady said sharing is... caring and laughed but didn't take it out. We were there for 10 min after and none of the workers removed it. Read more

Continuously disappointing each time I try to use them for food/pizza or gas. 1st instance was when I called and ordered in... pizza, I arrived to pick up my order and they claimed I never called. They did not offer to remake it, I had to ask and theyacted like it was a hassle. Did not compensate anything. 2nd time our pizza was wrong and they did not compensate anything. 3rdinstance was Sunday afternoon, I over paid on prepay for gas and went inside to get the overage +$10 The cashier could notfigure it out, and I held up the line for about 5 minutes with her telling me she doesn?t know what she?s doing or how to fixit. She told me a manger would be in at 4 that same day and would call me right away. With no call by 4:30 I called the storeand asked for a manger- the pizza guy answered and told me there was no manager to help me. The other cashier took my name andnumber and said a regional manager would be in by 8am the next morning and would get it solved no problem. With no call by 10:30I called and again, was told to manager was there to help. Cleanliness is not a priority at this location and you?re lucky ifthey have hot food most days.
