(Merrill) Food was ok, waitress was very nice and very helpful, but it was very inappropriate for the manager (or lead or... whatever she is called) to yell at an employee while there are customers in the restaurant. I do understand that good help ishard to come by these days but that is when you pull that employee aside and have a conversation with them about theirperformance (away from other employees and customers), it was not horribly busy where that couldn't have happened. It honestlyjust made that manager / Pizza Hut look very bad. Read more
