The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I called and placed a order was told it was ready 30 minutes later. I got... there waited for 15 minutes just to be told they forgot to put my order in. This was the 3rd and final occurrence of thisbusiness being unprofessional. The other times I ordered food and when I got there was told they forgot they were out of menuitems. I've tried to support this black business but can't any longer. I?m gladly giving 5 stars for the A1 quality I received. It was definitely beyond my expectation for this area of good food... served by real people. I could tell there were some challenges on my first visit but due to the, Fried Cod, Gumbo, red bean/ricejambalaya, Mac and cheese, cornbread....shutting me up. The food was just delicious. It remind me of a romantic hide away. I enjoyed being there. I went back to season this pass... weekend. It didn't seem like the same restaurant i had been to before. The food was not that good. I believe the owner was thecook, and waitress. Had to keep asking. Took to long to get our drinks. The food has very small portion. My relative ticket was19.00 and change. Her portion was very small for the price of her plate. Won't be going back. The cook didnt give us all ourfoods and it just didn't work out for us. Good luck to the lady owner. Read more

The service is slow but you need to understand each meal is made to order which comes out nice and hot and oh, so good. They... need to work on the fountain drinks both was flat. Two co-workers ordered ice tea one too sweet and the other not but, agreedthey left an after taste in their mouths. Read more

We were a group of ten and got there at the opening of the store on a Sunday. Half of the group got bread for the table and only... enough of a particular dessert for 2 out of the 4 that wanted it. All in all, Tiffany our waitress did a good job. Some thingswere out of her control. Food was great!! Read more
