I ordered from the Merritt island location and it was closed. I called for 15 minutes and no one answered. Then I called the... Melbourne area and was told I would have to order and pay at their location and would have to call the Merritt Island locationfor a refund. My husband calls and was offered a better solution to have our order transferred to the Melbourne location but itwas too late. I was already ordering from BWW. They refused to cancel the order until they spoke with me the cardholder. Istill have yet to receive any call at all about the whereabouts of my food or refund or any explanation as to what happened tomy order. Then received a text of how you did. didn?t want to leave a review because I know how it can hurt a business, but I think it?s right to share what your ordering for... everyone else. Only reason I?m sharing this review is because I tried calling 4 times and my calls were ignored after my order.I ordered for my first time, I spent $60 on wings alone to feed my family of eight. 6 full boxes of wings all different flavors,were so dry and burnt no sauce and over cooked like they were under a gas station heating lamp all day, me and my family couldnot even eat them. We had to throw them away. I spent so much?.. pizza huts wings were better. Hope that everyone else has abetter experience. I couldn?t get ahold of them to get a refund?..worst wings I?ve ever had. This was the worst experience I had with Its Just Wings. My mother-in- law and I ordered food from the Merritt island location... and it was awful. The service was slow, I waited for my food at curbside for over 20 mins. When I got home and opened the Togobox I saw that our boneless wings were barely dressed with the sauces we selected. They barely gave us fries, and the food wascold due to the long wait. I would never order from the Merritt Island location ever again. The food was horrible and theservice was terrible.
