Although there are many reviews raving about this place, I thought I?d leave another. It is really THAT good. Pictured are the... custard French toast and chicken and waffles. I was debating on wether or not to give this place a try, and I am so glad my boyfriend convinced me to do so. The food was... fantastic! Ashley was our amazing server, and gave us great recommendations. I tried the Country Bowl, and WOW, it wasdelicious. She also told us to try the cinnamon bun pancakes, and they did not disappoint. We?ve been going to the Merritt Island Pancake House since moving here in 2020. The food is always amazing. The staff is... extremely service-oriented and very friendly. Liann and Ashley are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure we get whatwe want. Our family asks to go there every time they visit. Our adult children love the potato puff side order option withyum-yum sauce. Stopped here for breakfast after watching a SpaceX launch on Saturday. We weren?t expecting much going in but this place... surprised me.
