Charged my debit card $14.75 for one grande hot mocha. Still trying to resolve the issue. Addendum: 08/11/22 Never received my... money back for the overcharge. Gave up. Started going back to this location about six months ago when a family member wanted tomake a stop. Have been back intermittently ever since and have not had an issue since. Starbucks, as a company, has always beenreputable. I believe there was a dishonest person employed there at the time of my issue who has since either quit or beenterminated.
