Ditch Starbucks and have Black Rock! I love the quality. My favorites are iced coconut Blondie, caramel blondie (you can do 1/2... sweet), prickly pear lemonade green tea, and the matcha chiller. The music is fine for a drive through place, but a bit too loudfor guests who are trying to have a conversation inside the cafe-- I personally think the music should be more cafe friendly,but I don't know if that's just me? First time here & I ordered 3 medium peach green tea lemonades, extra sweet, light ice. Got them as teas. Won?t go back, Dutch... and Starbucks makes them correct. I even asked if they made them and he said yes. Read more
I ordered directly from Black Rock website & when I went to the drive-thru window to pick up my order I was told I had to go... inside even though on my confirmation email it states you can pick up at the drive-thru window. When I went inside I told themthat the confirmation email states I can use the drive-thru for pick up & that if it's incorrect than they should let someoneknow to take it off the emails. The employee told me he thought I was door dash. Then I find out only 1 drink was available out3 that I had purchased because of ingredient issues. So I requested a refund for my order. I submitted my refund with the helpof the employee since I ordered online & I still haven't received it & that was back in July. I have not gone back because ofthis issue. Read more
The coffee is pretty good but unfortunately the prices have raised so much! It?s very disappointing. I got a small iced breve... today and it came out to 6.50 for a small! I can go to Starbucks and get a large for that price. This use to be my go to placebut there?s much better for more reasonable prices Read more

My wife and I like to stop at this place with the kids on the weekends. I love the smell of a coffee shop and this place is... definitely intense with the senses. It has a cool industrial construction vibe with good music playing. Of course the coffeesare great. My biggest gripe is if you try to order a cold brew without ice they want to charge you more because you're gettingmore coffee in the cup. That is one thing that bothered me.
