Went for a solo breakfast in search of a good waffle close to home. There was a 15 minute wait or I could sit at the empty... community table. It took forever for the waitress to come ask if I wanted a drink and since was so long I knew my order. Myorder came out cold. I was starving but ate the cold waffle as at least it wasn't soggy, however over choked cold eggs and coldburnt bacon just could not be cooked down. I updated and added an extra star for service after the response to my rating below. I gave 3 stars initially because our... service was not that great when we were there. We were seated right away, which was awesome, but then we were kind of justabandoned. I had to ask for new silverware because my fork was bent and kept hitting my teeth but it took forever to get a newfork, because our server was just like not checking up on us at all. I was also nitpicking the "pico" because I'm kind ofridiculous about my salsas and the "pico" that was server to me was essentially just tomatoes and some spices. When someonetells me they have "pico" I'm expecting more than tomato. The food is good. I definitely would have rated higher to being withif the service had been better. Read more
When I walked in and made a reservation I met one of the guests behind me who was doing the same thing with the same number of... people In her group. She was paying as I was showing up for my reservation. Waited 20 more minutes to be sat after an hour 1/2wait. Hosts were disorganized. Waited another hour before food arrived. A different server took our order and ran our food. Ourserver chose other tables over us though we actually are pretty prompt because I?ve worked at the Scottsdale location in thepast and know the menu well. Asked for the chicken pesto bowl with extra chicken recived the power bowl with zero sauce and hairon my eggs instead. 3 hour experience I couldn?t get away from fast enough.
