Waited 90 minutes for two pizzas when I?m two miles down the street. Manager said it would be remade and it came and it was not... even hot no grease dripping off no cheese melted and cold. Crust hard. This is what I get for loyalty ordering so many pizzasfrom this store and trusting he would hold his word now I have to feed this dog food to my kids. Outstanding. Read more
Its been 40 minutes since I ordered my pizza. Driver has been on their way for 20 minutes. Apparently he/she took a big school... order first then bring my 1 pizza. I finally recieved it after 35 minutes. Wow! Won't order from here again. Read more
This order was placed at 6:57pm june 7, and at 7:03pm text said it was ready for pickup. I got the 1 topping stuffed crust... pizza. I dont remember papa John's pizza being so bad. It was soggy. Crust wouldn't hold up anything had to just use fork andknife. The crust part was unflavored, my dogs liked it tho so some good came of this. Read more
First time ordering at this Papa John's on Main St after moving from UT to AZ. We ordered a large Garden Fresh pizza w/$4... discount. Papa Johns needs to fix their phone problems. I was on hold for 30 minutes listening to John Leguizamo over and over again... telling about stuff crust pizza. Please fix the phones I'm never going to order from any papa johns ever again. The person thatfinally picked up after 28 minutes was nice and handled the problem but man I really never want call papa johns again any papajohns. It's really dumb and really bad.
