1st and probably last time here. Ordered 2 of the 4 piece box combos to go. Let's start with the toast. It was brown but didn't... have any type of toasting to it. The coleslaw was bland. The fries were warm at the most and soggy. The 4 pieces of chicken weretiny. Each one was about the size of my thumb. The best part was the sauce. It had good flavor. The counter service was promptand the food came out quickly for how busy they were. I had heard good things about this chain. Hopefully it was a once in alifetime experience but it will be just that. The food is great. The food orders are almost always correct. For some reason drink orders at this location are about 50/50 if... you get what you ordered, so check before you leave. Especially if you order unsweetened tea, odds are you'll get sweetenedtea. Shrinkation has hit Cane's, the chicken strips are definitely smaller than they used to be. Read more
Made an online order for curbside pick up had me sitting outside for 15+ Minutes and some time is reasonable because I was early... however if I say I'm picking up at 445 don't make me wait 10+ minutes after said time..... you'll know how to take theorder/reservation but not keep up with standards.... I love your food but customer service is everything and no one came out totell me there's a wait or anything and turns out you didn't even make my food I order 1hour ago and now you're making it.. I'llnever come back this is outrageous ???? btw they never came out. I had to go in and it's like I never ordered it till she lookedthrew the computer so my order was here the while time..... Chicken was great but the customer service could have been better. I placed an order for a party. It was paid for online. I got... very busy setting up for the party that I was 15 min late to pick up my already paid for order. I get a call about 10 min pastpick up time from an employee being rude and telling me next time I need to arrive 15 before the order is supposed to be ready. It was only 25 peice order of strips.
