In the many years I have ordered from here, I have never been disappointed! The flavor has always been as on point as the... service. I have moved in and out of the area and I still make special visits to this restaurant! A few months ago I placed anorder and my gf flipped! Especially over the cream cheese rolls! (We can not find them anywhere else!!) So I placed an order for10 cooked and 20 uncooked. They came though like rock stars! I have 20 in my freezer and well, the 10 cooked kinda disappeared.Oops! Chans has been one of the restaurants I've always enjoyed because they cook all the food in front of you fresh but now they... don't. I watched the man grab the vegetables for my plate with his bare hands no gloves on precooked vegetable, when I broughtthe issue up to the front the women argued with me that I didn't see him Prepare my vegetables and that they weren't precookedthere service in this restaurant has gone down tremendously, no more customers Always right.
