i was appalled to say the least when we walked in they DID NOT even say the expected "welcome to firehouse"!! it's insane to be... so rude to paying, loving, and devoted costumers. in other news after we ordered we got our subs 20 mins later and one of themdidn't even have a toasty buns, 0 crunch. ugh so rude. i did in fact still gobble I was hungry. Will not be back. Got paid and sat down by 6:50. Multiple online orders waiting a long time but we we?re the only customers in... the store at the time. After 20 minutes I ask if they can rush my toddlers mac and Cheese as she was hungry. They give me anannoyed look and tell me it will be a wait. After 50 minutes I ask where our food was. The guy behind the counter lookedcompletely lost because they didn?t have any other orders hanging. Then he finds it on the counter. So after an hour we finallyget our food. Husband wanted to eat there and I just wanted a drink.Last time they missed my sandwich up.Its everytime so I give up eaten... there.This time my drink has fabric piece in my ice.It was frozen in two cubes of ice.We returned it and they was nice enough toreturn my drink but thats all they could do for the nasty drink. The food is okay. I don't really like the set up of everything hidden behind an opaque counter/wall, or the options they have,... but my husband likes the food so we keep visiting. Often, I order ahead of time through the app, hoping to cut down waitingtime. Not sure if it's better or worse, but it isn't great. Twice I've waited at the store at least 20 minutes after the time Iwas supposed to pick up at (which is 15 minutes after the minute I place the order). So all in all, we want to like Firehouse,we want to order and eat this food, but it takes too long in our opinion. Read more
