Definitely a hit or miss. Sometimes I order and everything is good and other times it's horrible!!! Not consistent at all. But I... do love the jerk wings and fries and patties. I am not a fan of how they prepare their vegetables. Read more

I was looking for a good Jamaican Food restaurant here in Dallas because I?m new here. I ordered the Curry Chicken and was... terribly disappointed, the rice was OLD & HARD like it was leftover from 3 days ago. The Chicken had some kind of ?Jelly-like?substance (SEE PHOTO) in it and there wasn?t a curry flavor at all, it just taste like smothered chicken & Jelly. Coming from astate like California where there is authentic Jamaican Food, I can honestly say that this was definitely a disappointment. Read more

I had been wanting to try their food again because I had tried there chicken wings a year or so back. I had business in the... neighborhood so I decided to try because they have a lunch special for $7.99. I ordered the chicken curry which a customer toldme was good. When the cashier told me how much it was it was 1399 plus they charge me for the drink and an appetizer meat pie.It was $24 and I tipped them 15%. The portions were large especially the beans and rice, plenty of chicken, but I did not likethe cabbage, it had a sour smell reminded me of something spoiled. I'm sure that's just the way it is made. When I asked aboutthe lunch special price they said it was very small amount and that I wouldn't like it. At that point I agreed go ahead staywith the larger entree. I realized now that I do not like curry chicken and the beans and rice to me are rather Bland. I wish Ihad gotten the wings or shrimp as I saw other people doing but they had ordered before I even ordered and they were stillwaiting on their food after I head men serve and finished my meal. The most unbelievable, mind-blowing, occurrence while I wasdying there, I asked the owner if I could have some hot sauce to put on my food. She looked me Square in the eye and tell methat I had to buy hot sauce because people used too much of it and it was very expensive. I replied to her that I had to spend20 something dollars plus tip almost $5 if she was going to deny me a common courtesy of a condiment with my meal? I could notbelieve that she was basically accusing a paying customer because she had problems with other previous customers of being athief of hot sauce. This was some really outrageous treatment and a ill-mannered attitude towards a potential future customer. Iwas not impressed with the food but I certainly was not impressed with the treatment over a $2 bottle of hot sauce from which Ionly needed few drops. You won't see me or my family ever patronize this establishment again. We only go Read more
