I'm not sure if the service recently changed but I have mostly visited their North Dallas location in the past. When I last... visited 10/2022 we had to order in line like a fast food place instead of having a wait staff direct us to a table/menu. I dontfeel like this is the best approach to this style of food since everyone is ordeing meals that take a long time to prep anddrinks. Read more
We?ve eaten here for years and never had an issue until Saturday. My husband always gets the same thing. Saturday he was told... they couldn?t sell 1 piece of fish. Mind you we got a large shrimp cocktail an order of shrimp tostadas. So my husband got thekids fish which came with fries and a drink. We were told we could get the drink only the fish and fries. The fish was stripsnot a filet and was rubbery. Being we?ve gotten a piece of fish numerous times before without a problem.
