Our server was great. He remembered our order without writing anything down, which is always impressive with four people at the... table. But every other facet of this Chili?s needs work. The restaurant was dirty, floors looked like they weren?t swept betweentables, so you?re sitting on top of garbage. Next, it took 45 minutes for THREE margaritas to come out, and then one of themwasn?t even properly made. Our appetizer was cold, fries were dry and the cheese was obviously sitting in the window under theheat lamp for a while. We then proceeded almost an hour for entrees and watched as another table received one our entrees. Whenthey finally brought out the food, the salsa was disgusting, lacked any depth in flavor, and the white queso was boiling in theskillet??? Not to mention that the manager was obviously on a tangent, slamming cooler doors at the bar. Our server wasobviously stressed having to take the brunt of the complaints of everyone in the dining room, especially since he was all on hisown with over six tables and the bar?? Where is the staff?? And why wasn?t the manager helping keep it all together, I don?tknow. It was just bizarre having to sit in Chili?s for almost an TWO hours for a miserable experience. Summer was a great server. She had a few tech issues with inputting our order in to the kitchen. We just felt she was a little... overwhelmed or overloaded as she was the Only server in our area with several large parties and 3 other tables. However she didan amazing job and we did extend much grace seeing that it was just her. We ordered appetizers but they did not come out until5 min before our food and we waited 20 min for the appetizers ???? Soon you can image with a party of 5 our table was a bitoverwhelming with food. The new menu was crazy... but we survived. We kind of like the new pick 3 menu however there is verylimited items but the value is great. We ordered the following A trio platter (not pictured) Appetizer The pick 3 drink,appetizer,, and entrée The upgraded queso ( you pick three dips with endless chips) Old timer with fries and a drink$10.99 The next order was the soup appetizer, shrimp pasta and drink for 15$ Another ordered the Buffalo wings and curlyfries 7.99 And another ordered the Philly steak and curly fries 10.99 It was a while since I had been to a Chilli's and wechoose this one (which is a 30 min drive) for the atmosphere per my friend request. i have a special needs brother who?s birthday we celebrated at this location. i hadn?t been to a chili?s in maybe 2 or 3... decades. they made it, what i thought would be a little too much for them, one of the most special days for him. he was ecstaticand very happy and so were we all. staff working that day was top notch. wouldn?t change a thing. everything was 5 star perfect.they brought a cake out, complimented his gifts, allowed us to celebrate with great prices and great food. thank you team on 8/7 Read more
This chili's is incapable of good service. I have visited multiple times and had the bar set lower and lower with each visit.... Today was a curbside pick-up. I arrived on time, checked in, and as I waited and watched my pickup window come and go I noticedthat not one employee came out to bring food to any other vehicles either. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to see whatwas going on only to discover that my food had been ready for some time, sitting on a pickup shelf. I was told that the reasonfor this was because the employee running Togo orders was working alone. I do not mind waiting longer or walking in, but theexpectation was set that someone would be bringing the meals to my vehicle. A simple sign on the door would have been betterthan nothing. If I had never walked into the restaurant to investigate I'd still be waiting for my food. Read more

Sub par at best. The cleanliness is very questionable. Look at the TV and touch pad they presented me. Looks as if they have... never been cleaned. Two of the TVs didn?t work and the liquor rail isn?t fully stocked. If they aren?t even cleaning highlyvisible areas, then how well are they cleaning the areas we can?t see? The liquor rail not being stocked speaks to work ethic ofthe employees, if they can?t even stock a basic highly visible liquor rail then what else are they short cutting on? Servicewas ok but not great, bartender wasn?t around that much behind the bar but she did pop up to see how I was doing. Refills andfood time were running slow but overall wasn?t horrible but not great either. Food tasted ok. For a basic burger and fries itwasn?t bad but everything else made really question the whole restaurant. Read more
