First, I went to McDonald?s at 110 Pleasant Valley St, Methuen, MA 01844. Next, I used a $5-bill, $1-bill, $1-bill, 1 dime, and... 4 pennies to buy a double cheeseburger, french fries, and a pumpkin creme pie that cost $7.14. It made me feel happy, because Iliked my double cheeseburger, french fries, and pumpkin creme pie. I did not have a problem to solve. Was told 10 times I couldn't have a BIG MAC because they were out of toys, told I couldn't get a double cheeseburger meal 10... times before they informed me it does not come in a meal, could've told me that the first time I asked. And i understandshutting the parking lot and sign lights off hours before close, the already lazy employees making 18 an hour don't want to haveto actually do their job. But it causes a hazard in the parking lot, people walking out of the restaurant to their car, othercars can't see them, and driving your car in or out you can't see anything that's not directly in front of you. The food (burgers and fries) were too cold to eat, and it was barely noon time. The food was anything but fresh and hot. The... restroom was not clean. And an employee who was working the drive thru didn't wash her hands after using the bathroom. Gross. Read more

I walked 3 hours to this McDonald's before seeing my son at the hosptial. Hoping to have a nice nostalgic meal before continuing... on. It was a little after 11 am when a kind gentleman opened the door for me, because it was locked. I waited at the registersfor afrw mintues to be looked at but not aknowledged. Another customer tried to come in also but door was locked on his end. Iopened for him. We both wait in line untill an employee behind the register tells us its closed we have to go to drive through.Basically we were discriminated and denied service because we didnt have a car.
