Have eaten there several times this week for lunch, I'm a logger so I need something fast and good. We stopped here after attending a soccer tournament nearby hoping to get a quick meal. After standing in line behind other... customers and watching multiple employees walk by we started to get the feeling we were not welcome. As mentioned multipleemployees walked by rolling their eyes at us without so much as a hello. As the line of customers behind us grew somebody inline called the Zaxby?s office to see if they could get somebody?s attention I guess. The manager came out immediately whileasking his employees what they were doing with a line of customers and why they weren?t taking orders. He immediatly rectifiedthe situation and started taking orders, but we had already seen enough so we left. I think the employees (with the exception ofthe manager on duty) definitely need a course in customer service. Read more
The staff was rude and there were several workers standing around not doing anything. 1 register open on a Friday night. No tea,... no straws, no ice, no lids. The chicken smelled burnt and when it was brought to their attention they got an attitude. Mycontainer was broken and half the toppings were in the bag. Chaos... poor management, kids running it with no clue what they are doing... taking orders outside like Chic fil a. BUT they... were allowing some to use the speaker too, if you paid with a card the girl could take payment, if cash, you paid at window.They haven't been much better than McDonald's lately with forgetting stuff. The manager was in there swinging hips and slingingfingers telling them not to worry about time... this establishment needs someone to step in and train these kids on how to work. Read more
