Grand Reopening on Pearl St. Bigger location in the Heart of downtown Metuchen. Great mix of baked goods and fusion Indonesian/... American food. Rendang tacos, Rendang burger, & Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) tasted great. Interesting fusion menu. Gonna try thesatay on my next visit. Baked goods: tried the croissant, ube crepe cake, and chocolate fudge cup. Tasted very good. Cakes arenot overly sweet, and the cake cream is very smooth & light. They do custom cakes too for special events (wedding, graduations,birthdays, etc). Plenty of parking as there is street parking in the front and a metered parking lot behind therestaurant. Visited Awesomeyo about a month ago and haven?t stop going every weekend. Their breakfast sandwich is so good. Love the nasi... goreng stir fried rice, it?s full of flavors. Barbara and Yolanda provide great customer service and they accommodate ourvegetarian needs. Don?t get me started on their pastries: cupcakes, cookies, cheesecake and cake pops so yum!
