Well I'd like to say I recommend this particular Taco Bell, but I don't. Every time I've gone up there the lobby seems to be... closed. No sign on the door or anything to let you know the lobby is closed. The doors are just locked. Sign says the lobbyopens at 9am but in the last 7-8 attempts to go there and eat, or get take out, the doors are locked with no sign and just thedrive thru is open. Read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes before order was even taken then waited another 10 for my food nicely asked if they had only one... cook. Some rude lady came around corner and told me I should have just asked for a refund and was being a smart? fill in theblank. And put my bell grande in a bag vertically . This lady is not a good employee and I hope to god she?s not the manager.Poorest customer service I have ever had. Customer service classes are definitely needed! Read more

This is probably the best service I've had at a Taco Bell in a really long time. The young woman who took my order (Jennifer,... per the receipt) was very pleasant when I handed her my credit card to pay and also after I received my food and drove off, inwhich case she smiled. Also, she provided me a cup of ice (with a lid and straw as well, neither of which I even had to askfor) at no charge. The order was received in a very timely manner and the food was hot, fresh, inexpensive and excellent. Istayed on the premises in my vehicle and ate and while out there I flagged down a worker who was out back on a break and made ita point to tell that person what great service I received; they said they'd go back in and let the others know.
